Social distancing because of Coronavirus(COVID-19) is the best thing we can do right now to prevent this deadly virus and decrease its rate. But self-isolation and social distancing can be really stressful. The CDC says that children and teens are highly affected due to this pandemic.

If we stay hopeful in these tough times, we shall definitely beat this virus and our lives will get normal. Follow all the SOPS announced by the government, stay indoors as much as possible, make sure to use masks and sanitizer when you go outside or are in a gathering, and suggest others do the same.
